Additional photos added
I am always looking for ways to make this blog of mine better. The best ideas for such updates tend to come from you, my dear readers. When combining this great feedback with input from my constructive and critical blog panel and some of my own ideas (and to be honest, the husband’s, who dabbles in digital design) there are always some tweaks here and there, like the recently updated color scheme on this blog. Hello soft beige!. And there are two other actions I have taken lately to enhance the reader experience.
The first one is adding the month and year of my stay at each individual hotel. I took some time to go through more than 300 hotels sourcing the date for my stay. Many find this useful to know since it ads some more context
The second thing is the photos. When I first started this blog I posted way fewer photos than I do currently. I have gone through the first 200 hotels and I’ve added some more photos (where I had any that were good enough SbRG quality) and also looking for photos where there are more people in the photos. I have understod that this is something that you want more of in order to make the posts somewhat more personal. So you will see several where my husband is featured, and some of me or of our friends and family that we travel with. But don’t worry! You will not spot a huge difference. The focus is still on the hotels and their surroundings, but I have snook in a photo of some of the people I love here and there when they hang out in or around my Selected by RG hotels.
