New mile stone: 350 hotels
I love celebrating milestones and now I have reached another one; 350 hotels are now posted in this, my beloved hobby blog. I can’t believe it myself that now have that many hotels in my “catalogue”.
But to be honest, if you are one for details and would start to count the hotels that is listed in my page labelled “All hotels”, you will see that there are not 350 hotels there. The reason for this is that I have started to do a kind of clean up. The more hotels I have stayed at and written about, the definition of what is on the right level to be a Selected by RG-hotel has become more and more clear. So, when I went through the full list with the lens of; would this hotel have been “approved” if I would have stayed there today?”, there were several hotels that were taken out of the list. They are still to be found in the blog but I haven’t included them in the list.
In the slideshow below you’ll find some of the hotels among the last 50 (since the previous milestone was 300) that really stood out to me. If you click on the photo you’ll be directed to blog post about the hotel.
What you can look forward to among the next 50 hotels (yes, already have several trips lined up) is more of Italy (always!), Japan (with two especially great hotels), Switzerland, Menorca, Scotland and Austria.
Thanks for all the encouraging comments and positive feedback you keep sending me. This makes me so, so happy. I hope you will continue to stick around as I continue to stay at unique hotels in new places and write about them here.
